For children

Since 1997, the Sart-Tilman Open-air Museum and the non-profit association Art & Fact (University of Liège) has been organising discovery workshops. Designed for children, these workshops offer a fun approach to the plastic arts.

The activities are focused on the collection of outdoor sculptures at the vast natural site of Sart-Tilman, the green lung of Liège. A privileged place for an original initiation in artistic creation.

During the workshops, participants can discover forms, colours, space and nature through observations, games, and individual and group expression.

Through direct contact with the works of art, children will put their sense of observation to work and will be invited to explore their own creativity.

There are a variety of fun activities: games aimed at discovering the site, drawing, painting, meeting artists, discovering the natural environment, etc.

The activities are changed according to the season and allow other places to be discovered.
